The acrylic finish is the most durable form of nail enhancement. It is recommended for those naturally weak or brittle nails, or for those whose jobs require much typing or cleaning. Upkeep for this finish requires very low maintenance and necessitates a fill every 2-3 weeks. The acrylic overlay is perfect for a budget friendly, high gloss, and strong natural look.

Solar nails are pre-colored, pre-designed artificial nails which are glued and attached directly to your fingernail, serving more as a protective covering for natural nails, rather than being an artificial extension (like acrylic is).
